Gat Caperton (owner of Gat Creek) is a founder and board member of the Sustainable Furniture Council ("SFC"), actively supporting the responsible management of forests. He understands the importance of sustaining bio-diversity and over 95% of their raw materials are sourced within 350 miles of their factory. He values a clean environment for his employees, business and for society, and is constantly seeking better ways to protect and sustain the natural resources so crucial to his craft.
